The 2011 Chicago International Film Festival was an excellent success. It collected together lots of the top movie producers on the planet and hundreds of passionate film goers. Two films that were provided at this year's celebration were "Vacations by the Sea" and "Chico & Rita." These movies got combined reviews, specifically from me.
